Delicious pizza with ham and salami.

I use a pizza stone to bake my pizza and bake it for 15 minutes on 250 degrees Celsius. this may vary depending on how thick your pizza is!

Gluten free pizza with ham and salami

The ingredients for gluten free pizza with ham and salami:

  • 400 gram pizza dough;
    Note! Quantities below are for 4 portions.
    • 250 gram gluten free bread mix;
    • 170 milliliter water; lukewarm
    • 10 gram yeast;
    • 5 gram salt;
    • 10 gram sugar;
    • 20 milliliter olive oil;
  • 300 milliliter pizza sauce;

    • 1 shallot; chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic; pressed
    • 5 gram oregano;
    • 5 gram thyme; only the leaves
    • olive oil;
    • 500 gram passata di pomodoro;
  • 8 slices ham; in pieces
  • 8 slices salami; in pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper; in pieces
  • 125 gram mozzarella; grated

How to make gluten free pizza with ham and salami?

  1. Prepare the pizza dough.
    1. Mix the gluten free bread mix, the water, the yeast, the salt, the sugar and the olive oil.
    2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
    3. Let the dough rise for about 60 minutes.
    4. Your result is ready for further use.
  2. Prepare the pizza sauce.
    1. Add the olive oil to the pan.
    2. Lightly fry the shallot and the garlic in the pan until translucent.
    3. Add the oregano and the thyme and fry shortly while stirring.
    4. Add the passata di pomodoro
    5. Boil for 2 minutes.
    6. Your result is ready for further use.
  3. Preheat the oven at 250°C.
  4. Create different portions of the pizza dough for separate pizza's and flatten into nice round pizza's.
  5. Cover with the pizza sauce.
  6. Cover with the ham, the salami and the green bell pepper.
  7. Cover with the mozzarella.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
