Pasta with tuna and capers

  • 200 milliliter pizza sauce;

    • 1 shallot; chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic; pressed
    • 5 gram oregano;
    • 5 gram thyme; only the leaves
    • olive oil;
    • 500 gram passata di pomodoro;
  • 20 gram capers;
  • 10 milliliter white wine;
  • 200 gram Penne rigate;
  • olive oil;

How to make pasta with tuna and capers?

  1. Prepare the penne rigate according to the insctructions on the packaging.
  2. Add to the pan.
  3. Lightly fry the shallot in the pan until translucent.
  4. Add the tuna and fry shortly while stirring.
  5. Deglaze with the white wine.
  6. Let it briefly reduce.
  7. Add the pizza sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the caper
  9. Add the penne rigate and fry shortly while stirring.
