    • 1 kilo potatoes; peeled and cut into pieces
    • 100 gram herb cheese;
  • gluten free flour;
  • 1 egg; beaten
  • breadcrumbs;

How to make handmade oven baked potato croquettes?

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes.
    1. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.
    2. Drain the potatoes.
    3. Mash the potatoes.
    4. Slowly add the herb cheese bit by bit while whisking until you have a smooth mixture.
    5. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
  2. Let it cool down.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  4. Roll the mashed potatoes into a roll and cut it so you get several cylinder shaped pieces.
  5. Roll through the gluten free flour.
  6. Roll through the egg.
  7. Roll through the breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
