- Prepare the mashed potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Slowly add the herb cheese bit by bit while whisking until you have a smooth mixture.
- Your dish is ready, enjoy!
- Let it cool down.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll the mashed potatoes into a roll and cut it so you get several cylinder shaped pieces.
- Roll through the gluten free flour.
- Roll through the egg.
