A traditional dish Kung Pao Chicken, but it can also be made with different meat or even seafood.

- 20 milliliter soy sauce;
- 10 milliliter sesame oil;
- 20 milliliter rice wine vinegar;
- 10 gram corn starch;
- 600 gram rice;

- 150 gram unsalted peanuts;
- 4 cloves garlic; sliced
- 10 gram ginger; chopped
- 2 spring onions; sliced
- 10 milliliter chili sauce;
- 10 milliliter rice wine vinegar;
- 50 milliliter water;
- 5 gram sugar;
- 10 gram corn starch;
- 10 milliliter soy sauce;
- 600 gram stir fried spinach; Note! Quantities below are for 6 portions.
- 600 gram spinach; washed
- 10 milliliter sesame oil;
- 3 cloves garlic; chopped
- 15 gram ginger; chopped
- 5 milliliter rice wine vinegar;
How to make kung pao chicken?
- Prepare the Kung Pao marinade.
- Mix the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the rice wine vinegar and the corn starch.
- Your result is ready for further use.
- Marinate the chicken breast for at least 1 hours.
- Prepare the rice according to the insctructions on the packaging.
- Prepare the stir fried spinach.
- Add the sesame oil to the pan.
- Add the spinach, the garlic, the ginger and the rice wine vinegar
- Fry the spinach 5 minutes till done.
- Your dish is ready, enjoy!
- Add the sesame oil to the pan.
- Fry the chicken breast 8 minutes till done.
- Add the garlic, the ginger, the spring onion and the chili sauce and fry shortly while stirring.
- Add the rice wine vinegar, the water, the sugar and the corn starch and fry shortly while stirring.
- Let it briefly reduce.
- Add the unsalted peanut and fry shortly while stirring.
- Serve with rice and stir fried spinach.
