- 3 Avocados; pitted and peeled
- 6 cloves garlic; chopped
- tomato; in cubes
- 2 shallots; chopped
- 20 milliliter lime juice;
- 1 chili pepper; sliced
- 125 milliliter creme fraiche;
How to make creamy guacamole?
- Puree the Avocado, the garlic, the tomato, the shallot, the lime juice and the chili pepper.
- Add the creme fraiche
- Mix everything together.
- Your result is ready for further use.
