The ingredients for saltimbocca:

  • 2 veal cutlets; flattened with a meat tenderizer
  • 2 slices raw ham;
  • 2 sage; only the leaves
  • 10 milliliter Marsala;
  • butter;
  • olive oil;

How to make saltimbocca?

  1. Take the veal cutlet.
  2. Lay the raw ham on top
  3. Place the sage on top
  4. Pin it together with a cocktail stick.
  5. Add the butter and the olive oil to the pan.
  6. Fry the veal cutlet 4 minutes till done.
  7. Deglaze with the Marsala.
  8. Let it briefly reduce.
  9. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
