The ingredients for saltimbocca:
- 2 veal cutlets; flattened with a meat tenderizer
- 2 slices raw ham;
- 2 sage; only the leaves
- 10 milliliter Marsala;
- butter;
- olive oil;
How to make saltimbocca?
- Take the veal cutlet.
- Lay the raw ham on top
- Place the sage on top
- Pin it together with a cocktail stick.
- Add the butter and the olive oil to the pan.
- Fry the veal cutlet 4 minutes till done.
- Deglaze with the Marsala.
- Let it briefly reduce.
- Your dish is ready, enjoy!
