The ingredients for aillade:
- 100 gram garlic; sliced
- 100 gram walnuts;
- 50 milliliter olive oil;
How to make aillade?
- Crush the garlic, the walnuts and the olive oil in a blender or a mortar; using a mortar will give a more authentic structure to the result.
