A nice rustic sauce from the Languedoc with Garlic, Walnut an Olive oil.


The ingredients for aillade:

  • 100 gram garlic; sliced
  • 100 gram walnuts;
  • 50 milliliter olive oil;

How to make aillade?

  1. Crush the garlic, the walnuts and the olive oil in a blender or a mortar; using a mortar will give a more authentic structure to the result.
