An easy way to lift your schnitzel to another level.

- 1 egg; beaten
- 25 gram breadcrumbs;
- 1 cloves garlic; pressed
- 25 gram Parmigiano-Reggiano; grated
- olive oil;
How to make crispy chicken parmesan schnitzel?
- Mix the breadcrumbs, the garlic and the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- Take the chicken tenderloin.
- Flavor with the pepper and the salt
- Roll through the flour.
- Roll through the egg.
- Roll through the breadcrumbs, the garlic and the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- Grab a new pan.
- Add the olive oil to the pan.
- Fry the chicken tenderloin 7 minutes till done.
- Your dish is ready, enjoy!
