  • 6 chicken tenderloins;
  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • 30 gram flour;
  • 1 egg; beaten
  • 25 gram breadcrumbs;
  • 1 cloves garlic; pressed
  • 25 gram Parmigiano-Reggiano; grated
  • olive oil;

How to make crispy chicken parmesan schnitzel?

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs, the garlic and the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
  2. Take the chicken tenderloin.
  3. Flavor with the pepper and the salt
  4. Roll through the flour.
  5. Roll through the egg.
  6. Roll through the breadcrumbs, the garlic and the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
  7. Grab a new pan.
  8. Add the olive oil to the pan.
  9. Fry the chicken tenderloin 7 minutes till done.
  10. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
