We eat this at least once a month as a easy delicious healthy dish for when we don't really feel like cooking a large meal.
The ingredients for traybake with merguez:
- 6 potatoes; in cubes
- 1 green bell pepper; in cubes
- zucchini; in cubes
- 1 shallot; sliced
- 5 gram Herbes de Provence;
- 6 merguez sausages; in cubes
- olive oil;
How to make traybake with merguez?
- Preheat the oven at 220°C.
- Wash the potato and dry with some kitchen paper.
- Mix the potato, the merguez sausage, the green bell pepper, the zucchini, the Herbes de Provence and the olive oil.
- Spread the potato, the merguez sausage, the green bell pepper, the zucchini, the Herbes de Provence and the olive oil on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking tray from the oven; mix the ingredients so they are turned and spread them out again over the baking tray. If you have too much moisture this is a good time to remove it with a kitchen towel.
- Add the shallot
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Your dish is ready, enjoy!
