We eat this at least once a month as a easy delicious healthy dish for when we don't really feel like cooking a large meal.

Traybake with merguez

The ingredients for traybake with merguez:

  • 6 potatoes; in cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper; in cubes
  • zucchini; in cubes
  • 1 shallot; sliced
  • 5 gram Herbes de Provence;
  • 6 merguez sausages; in cubes
  • olive oil;

How to make traybake with merguez?

  1. Preheat the oven at 220°C.
  2. Wash the potato and dry with some kitchen paper.
  3. Mix the potato, the merguez sausage, the green bell pepper, the zucchini, the Herbes de Provence and the olive oil.
  4. Spread the potato, the merguez sausage, the green bell pepper, the zucchini, the Herbes de Provence and the olive oil on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the baking tray from the oven; mix the ingredients so they are turned and spread them out again over the baking tray. If you have too much moisture this is a good time to remove it with a kitchen towel.
  7. Add the shallot
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
