A nice mixture that you can use in sauces or as a stuffing (coming from the Italian: gremire).
Add olive oil to use it as is or use it without the olive oil when making a sauce.

The ingredients for gremolata:
- 10 gram lemon zest;
- 60 gram parsley; chopped
- 2 cloves garlic; pressed
How to make gremolata?
- Mix the lemon zest, the parsley and the garlic.
- Your result is ready for further use.
