Salmon Piccata

The ingredients for salmon piccata:

  • 2 salmon fillets;
  • 75 milliliter Marsala;
  • 150 milliliter fish stock;
  • 10 gram capers;
  • 25 milliliter lemon juice;
  • flour;
  • olive oil;
  • butter;
  • dill; sliced
  • salt;
  • pepper;

How to make salmon piccata?

  1. Take the salmon fillet.
  2. Dust with flour and dill.
  3. Add the olive oil and the butter to the pan.
  4. Add the salmon fillet and fry on medium temperature until colored.
  5. Remove from pan and set aside.
  6. Deglaze with the Marsala.
  7. Add the chicken stock
  8. Let it briefly reduce.
  9. Boil for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the caper and the lemon juice
  11. Boil for 2 minutes.
  12. Flavor with the pepper and the salt
  13. Add the salmon fillet and cook for 2 minutes.
  14. Sprinkle with the capers for decoration.
  15. Your dish is ready, enjoy!
