  • 25 gram bumbu for sambal goreng;

    • 10 gram sambal trassi;

      • 1 chili pepper;
      • 1 gram sea salt;
      • 2 gram trassi;
    • 1 shallot; chopped
    • 1 cloves garlic; chopped
    • 5 gram ginger; chopped
    • 3 gram palm sugar;
  • 400 gram grean beans; cleaned
  • 400 milliliter coconut milk;
  • 1 stems sereh; in pieces
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • sesame oil;

How to make sambal goreng beans?

  1. Prepare the bumbu for sambal goreng.
    1. Prepare the sambal trassi.
      1. Crush the chili peppers, the sea salt and the trassi in a blender or a mortar; using a mortar will give a more authentic structure to the result.
