  • 50 gram sugar;
  • 50 gram unsalted butter; in cubes
  • 1 pinches salt;
  • 1 egg; lightly beaten

How to make pâte sucré?

  1. Sift the flour in a large bowl.
  2. Add the sugar, the unsalted butter and the salt
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Add the egg
  5. Mix everything together.
  6. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  7. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. After this time it's ready to use.
